FitPulse had a strong concept but no product. They needed to reach both iOS and Android quickly, on a startup budget, without compromising on a premium feel.

Our solution

We designed and built a single Flutter codebase for both platforms, starting with a focused MVP. Smooth 60fps interactions, offline workouts, and push notifications gave it a native, premium feel from day one.
